SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states in the United States except Alaska which cannot accept ground shipping fragrance orders. We do not ship internationally at this time.

When will my order ship?

Shipping times vary depending on location. Processing takes 1 - 2 business days, Monday through Friday, not including holidays. 

Federal regulations only allow us to ship fragrances via USPS Ground because perfume falls under the “hazardous item” category. We’re based in Florida and most packages will arrive within 5 - 7 business days. 

If your order doesn’t include fragrances, you will likely get your order faster!

How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping applies to all orders over $100. Load up that cart and we might also throw in some free gifts ;-)  

Can I ship VEXA Beauty products as a gift?

Yes! Just make sure the recipient’s address is in the Shipping address section and we’ll get it over to them ASAP. All VEXA orders are packaged in our Deluxe black and silver foil shipping box and are shipped via USPS Ground. 

RETURN POLICY

For Fragrances:

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once the product is opened. Please read the descriptions carefully to decide which perfumes are right for you. Keep in mind it can take a few days for your brain to adjust to a new scent! The scent also changes with your body chemistry throughout the day.

We recommend trying your fragrances for at least 5 days in a row before deciding if they’re not for you. Otherwise, please gift it to a friend who might enjoy it 🩷

We do accept returns of unopened, unused fragrances in their original box within 30 days of the order date once the products are shipped back and inspected. 

Please email returns@vexabeauty.co with your order number and the word RETURN in the subject line to start a return. Please note we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

For Beauty Products:

We accept returns of unopened, unused beauty products in their original box within 30 days of the order date once the products are shipped back and inspected.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds can take up to 5-7 business days to be posted to your original payment method.
